The Kapoor sisters lived it up in Dubai, eating, drinking and of course shopping for the latest couture creations
Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor’s Instagram pages are full of the sights and sounds of Dubai and the hashtag #DSF. The sisters were in the city for the Dubai Shopping Festival and they enjoyed the best of Dubai’s hospitality.
Sonam and Rhea shared a sea-facing cabana at the Burj-Al-Arab Towers where they made a video for the Mannequin Challenge.
Then they headed to the Mall Of Dubai, where the sisters hit up the shops, buying everything from Fendi bags to Stella McCartney dresses.
Sonam shared all their Dubai adventures on her Instagram page which has more than 8.5 million followers.
The actress has been promoting Dubai on her social media pages for some time and the entire Kapoor family seems to be a fan of Dubai.
Anil Kapoor had earlier celebrated his 60th birthday in the city and the Kapoor family flew off to Dubai on December 20 and returned to Mumbai on January 2, 2017. Sonam Kapoor and family spent Christmas and New Year as well in Dubai.
Sonam is not the only Bollywood celebrity who is promoting Dubai.
Superstar Shah Rukh Khan shot a few short films to promote Dubai Tourism and he was at his charming best in the videos where he goes around surprising unsuspecting tourists. The actor, who was roped in as the brand ambassador of Dubai Tourism invites his fans to be his guest in the city in the video.
Parineeti Chopra and Sushant Singh Rajput are the other B-Town celebrities who have promoted Dubai.
So while there is no official announcement about Sonam’s status as a brand ambassador for Dubai, her Instagram page definitely tells a different story.
